Eliminate Winter Dryness!

Let’s not lie, Winter is great, you get to wear long pants for three months straight and cover up your body to keep warm. If you’re anything like me, that also means you say goodbye to your skincare routine. Not that I don’t care about my body, it’s just too cold in winter to stand naked while I moisturise my body from head to toe.

It’s great while it lasts, but then as summer approaches, I start to panic because my skin is dry and flaky and no where near bikini ready! This is normally when I start moisturising like a beast! Okay, so the Nivea Pampering Shower Oil was recommended to me by a friend, who I’d spoken to about my dry skin and it has changed my life. It’s great because you can use it in the shower (No freezing your ass off while moisturising). I got such a surprise the first time I used it, when you squeeze it out, this golden oil comes out, but when you rub it on your skin, it foams! Creating a body wash that cleans your skin while also nourishing it, because it is made up of 55% natural oils. My skin feels like silk. And dry, flaky skin- it’s a thing of the past!

The Dove Summer Revived Lotion has been my little secret for the past few years. It’s a body lotion, that provides you with all the nourishment you’ve come to expect from Dove products. But the game changer? It contains a gradual tanner, which is natural and gentle on your skin. (Say goodbye to pale skin after winter- you’ll look like you just returned from a tropical island vacation all year round.) I’m not even exaggerating when I say that this product makes you glow. Literally, it leaves my skin with a glowing, golden shimmer. (Seriously, I get complimented on my leg tan all the time when I use the product!)
